To help pass the identity checks when applying for our bank account, please submit one of the forms of identity that we can accept.  

Passports 

Excluding emergency, temporary and diplomatic passports. We also can’t accept travel documents.   

Driver’s licences 

This includes provisional driver’s licences.  

National ID cards 

These must be internationally-recognised ID cards – we can’t accept domestic ID cards.  

National residence permits 

These must be internationally recognised documents – we can’t accept domestic national residence permits. 

 How should I take my selfie? 

You’ll be given instructions on how to take your selfie. But to make the review process as smooth as possible, ensure you’re in a well-lit space in front of a plain, neutral background. Also, please double-check the image is clearly within the camera frame and your fingers aren’t blocking it.
