To verify your identity, we need you to upload a picture of your photo ID and a selfie. We then compare the photo ID to the selfie to make sure it’s you applying for the account.
When uploading your ID, please ensure it’s still valid – so it hasn’t expired – and that all four corners of the ID or document are visible. Also, the name and date of birth on your ID needs to match with your Zopa bank account application.

If you don’t have your ID to hand, don’t worry, you have seven days from the time you started your application to upload your documents.
