To close your Zopa credit card, you’ll first need to pay off any outstanding balance in full.

Once that’s done, please get in touch with our team and once you've passed our security checks, we’ll close your account for you.

Please be aware, this process only closes your credit card – not your Zopa account. Your Zopa log in details and marketing preferences won’t be affected. Also, if you have another Zopa product, like a loan, this won’t be impacted either.
