To close your Zopa credit card, you’ll first need to pay off any outstanding balance in full.

Once that’s done, please go to the 'Manage' section in the app, select 'Close your Zopa credit card,' and follow the instructions.

Please be aware, this process only closes your credit card – not your Zopa account. Your Zopa log in details and marketing preferences won’t be affected. Also, if you have another Zopa product, like a loan, this won’t be impacted either.
