To close your Zopa bank account, please get in touch. Once you’ve passed our security checks, our team will get this sorted for you.
You should also cancel any recurring payments you have set up — if you’ve got a Direct Debit due, or a salary payment coming into your account in the next 3 working days, our team won’t be able to close your account.
Please be aware, this process only closes your bank account — not your Zopa membership account. This means your Zopa log in details and marketing preferences won’t be affected. Also, if you have another Zopa product, like a Smart Saver, this won’t be impacted either.
Also, by closing your bank account, you’ll no longer be eligible for a Regular Saver pot. If you’ve opened one, any money you have in there will be moved to an Access pot automatically.
