Payments you make on your card in a foreign currency will be converted to pound sterling using the Visa exchange rate. This changes daily, but you can keep track of things here. We don’t add any additional charges.

Sometimes, a merchant or ATM will allow you to choose which currency you want to pay in. If you select to pay in pound sterling rather than local currency, you’ll use the exchange rate chosen by the merchant or the merchant’s bank and could possibly be charged. If you select to pay with the local currency, we’ll do the conversion at the Visa exchange rate.
