You can earn cashback on Direct Debits paid from your Zopa bank account. 

This applies to any Direct Debit payment you make from your account, up to a yearly cap — you can find more information on your cashback rate and cap in your ‘Fees & useful information’ document.

The cashback rate is fixed for a year — starting from the day you open your account — and variable after that. Cashback is calculated daily and paid monthly.

How the Direct Debit cap works 

Once you hit the yearly Direct Debit cap, you won’t earn any more cashback until your allowance resets, which will happen each year on the date you opened your account.
