If you enter your PIN incorrectly 3 times, we’ll block spending on your debit card as a precaution. You’ll still be able to spend with Google Pay.  

To get your debit card working again, you’ll need to insert your card at a cash point and enter your PIN — which you can check in the Zopa app. To unlock your PIN, look for the ‘PIN services’ option, or something similar.
