During our beta phase, there are some things you can’t currently do with your Zopa account.
Payments into your account
Currently, the Zopa account only accepts deposits via Faster Payments. We can’t accept cash deposits (including those made at the Post Office), deposits put directly onto your debit card, BACS, SEPA, SWIFT payments, or most international payments.
This means salaries and benefits can’t be paid into the Zopa account, as these are typically BACS payments.
Standing orders
You're not yet able to set up standing orders from your Zopa account. We're working on getting this functionality launched for our customers.
Auto-saves into Smart Saver
You can’t yet auto-save from your Zopa account into your Smart Saver. We’re working on getting this resolved as soon as possible.
