Yes, you can use Google Pay wherever you see the Google Pay or contactless symbol – even when you’re abroad.   

Zopa don’t add any fees when you spend on your debit card or through Google Pay while abroad. But please be aware, exchange rates will apply which can be found on the Visa website.
