Sorry to hear you're having trouble creating an account with us. Sometimes, if you've searched for a loan or credit card using a service such as ClearScore or Money Supermarket, and Zopa was one of the places that it suggested you try, it stores the email you entered as an 'account' at Zopa. But, if you didn’t choose a password, your account won’t have been completely set up and there will be no password to retrieve.
The best thing to do is go to our login page and hit the “Set new password” button. Enter the email address you used originally, when searching for a loan or credit card, and we’ll email you a link that will allow you to finish setting up your account.
