We’re sorry to hear that you’re having trouble completing an ISA transfer in form. This could be because:

  • You've exceeded your £20,000 annual ISA allowance.

  • The transfer will take you over the £250,000 savings limit in your Smart Savings Hub.

  • You're using unfamiliar characters in the ISA account reference field. Your ISA account reference must only contain:

  1. Capital letters

  2. 0-9 numbers

  3. Certain symbols, including . & / - or blank spaces

Please try to complete the ISA transfer in form again. If you’re still having trouble, let us know.
