We’ll work to review your application and provide you with a decision within 5 working days. If you want to check on the status of your application, or see if there’s anything else we need from you, you can easily do this online or through our app.
Simply log into your account and on your dashboard, you’ll see your pending loan application.
If we require further documentation, you’ll see your pending application and a prompt asking you to submit your documents. Click here and you’ll be guided through what we need and how to upload them.
If you have sent in all documentation and you’re waiting on a decision, you’ll see your pending application as ‘In review’ and we’ll work to have a decision as soon as possible.
If it has been more than 5 working days since you’ve submitted all documents and your application is in review, please contact our customer services for more information.
