Here’s a breakdown of the transaction limits on your Zopa bank account. You have:  

• A 24-hour rolling spend limit of £10,000, excluding Direct Debits.  

• A 7-day rolling spend limit of £20,000, excluding Direct Debits.  

• A 24-hour rolling cash withdrawal limit of £400, or the equivalent amount in other currencies.  

• After a total of £300 in cumulative contactless payments, or after every 5 contactless payments you make, you’ll be asked to enter your PIN.  This doesn’t include Google Pay or Apple Pay. 

• A 24-hour rolling limit of £250,000 for transactions between your Zopa bank account and linked bank accounts.  

• A 24-hour rolling limit of £500 on gambling transactions.  

• A 24-hour rolling limit of £500 on cryptocurrency transactions. 

Just so you’re aware, 24-hour rolling limits reset 24 hours after each transaction — not at a specific point in the day. The same goes for weekly limits, but the reset happens 7 days after each transaction. These limits can’t be changed.
