In the Zopa app, you’ll be able to see if you need to provide any extra verification documents to complete your application.
If you’ve already submitted everything and it’s been under a week, you don’t need to do anything else — just keep an eye out for an email from us. If you’ve been waiting more than a week, please get in touch.
