Your card should arrive within 5 working days, but in some cases, it can take up to 10. In the meantime, you should double check your address details are correct in the Zopa app.  

Once that’s done, you’ll need to get in touch by live chat and we’ll arrange for a new card to be sent to you. 

Don’t forget, you can use Google Pay as soon as your account is open, even while you’re waiting for your debit card.
