If you’ve lost your phone or had it stolen, here are some things you can do to keep your account safe.
Sign out of your devices
To prevent someone else from accessing your account, you can sign out of all your devices using the Zopa website. To do this, simply:
Sign in to your account on the Zopa website.
Go to My details and scroll down to the Security section.
Select Sign out of all devices.
Update your password
If you’re worried about the security of your account, we recommend updating your password. Here’s how:
Sign in to your account on the Zopa website.
Go to My details and scroll down to the Security section.
Select Update your password.
We recommend using a different password to your other accounts.
