Life happens. Sometimes we forget things, or our finances don’t run as planned.

If you miss a payment, you can get caught up online anytime by debit card. If you're a loan or car finance customer, you won’t be charged more for paying late. For credit card customers, there's a £12 missed payment fee.

To make your payment, sign into your Zopa account and follow the instructions on screen. If you have a loan, you can also call us and pay by Direct Debit or debit card.

Please be aware if you don’t make your full contractual payment, we’ll need to report this to credit reference agencies. This could make it harder to obtain credit in the future.
