You can deposit up to a maximum of £250,000, which is spread across both your Smart Saver and Smart ISA pots. For example, if you have more than £230,000 in your Smart Saver pots then you may not be able to add the full £20,000 ISA allowance to your Smart ISA pots.

Your total savings across all the accounts you have with us are protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) up to £85,000.
