To set up a Direct Debit, you’ll need to share your account details with the company you want to make payments to. If you're switching a Direct Debit to Zopa, you can usually update your account details yourself through their website.
You can find the details you’ll need in the Zopa app. If you’re on your mobile, tap here and we’ll take you there.
Or, follow these steps:
Open the Zopa app and tap into your bank account.
Select Manage and then Account details.
Please note that during this beta phase, some customers are experiencing difficulties setting up a Direct Debit to their credit card provider. We're working on getting this resolved in the coming weeks.
