Please note, you can’t currently update your email address in our app. To update your email address, you’ll need to head to our website and follow these steps.

• Head to www.zopa.com.

• Select ‘Sign in’ in the top right-hand corner and follow the log in steps

• Click on your name in the top right corner and select ‘My Details’

• Under your contact details, you’ll see your email address

• Enter your new email address and click ‘submit’

• You’ll receive a text message containing a code. You’ll need to input this code back on our website to confirm the change.
