It’s easy to update your contact preferences on the app or our website, just follow these simple steps:

On the app

• Open the app

• Head to your personal details by clicking the person icon in the top right corner

• Select ‘Contact preferences’ under settings

• You can then select the types of communication you want to receive

• Hit the back arrow next to ‘contact preferences’ and you’re all done!

On our website

• Head to www.zopa.com and select ‘Sign in’ in the top right-hand corner

• Once logged in, click on your name in the top right corner and select ‘My Details’

• Scroll down to where you see ‘Your marketing preferences’

• Select which options suit your needs best

• Click ‘Submit’ and you’re all done!
