We’re not yet part of the Current Account Switch Service. If you’d like to switch to another bank, you’ll need to do the following:  

  1. Cancel any Direct Debits from your Zopa account and set them up at your new bank. 

  2. Make sure any salary or other payments that you usually receive to your Zopa account are moved to your new bank. 

  3. Download any statements you might need.  

  4. Contact us to let us know you’d like to close your account.  

  5. Withdraw or transfer your funds to your new bank.
