To dispute a transaction, you’ll need to get in touch with our team. But before you do, there’s some information we’ll need from you.  

What we need will differ depending on the type of transaction you’re disputing. Click the link below that best matches your situation for more information.   

Debit card transactions 

I don’t recognise the merchant. 

I recognise the merchant but want to dispute the transaction. 

Direct Debit 

I want to dispute a Direct Debit payment. 

Bank transfers 

I think I’ve been scammed. 

I’ve sent money to the wrong person. 

I can see a bank transfer, but it wasn’t made by me. 

To confirm the type of transaction you’d like to dispute, tap the transaction in the app and you’ll be able to see if it was a debit card payment, a Direct Debit or a bank transfer.
