You can do this in the Zopa app, just follow these steps:
Open the Zopa app and tap the Payments tab.
Select View all scheduled payments.
Open the Direct Debit you’d like to cancel.
Select Cancel Direct Debit and you’ll be guided through the process.
Please keep in mind:
You’ll need to cancel at least two working days before a Direct Debit is due to stop that upcoming payment being processed.
If you’re cancelling Direct Debits, you should contact the merchant you were paying to let them know. Not letting merchants know could have a negative impact on your credit file.
