Please note: If you have a pending monthly payment, we’ll calculate your quote as if the pending payment has already cleared successfully.

If you have a pending extra repayment, you’ll have to wait until this has cleared before you request a quote.

Getting your settlement quote on the website

1. Log into your account by clicking ‘Sign in’ in the top right-hand corner

2. Click on your loan. If you have more than one, select the loan you want the statement for

3. Click on the ‘Make an extra repayment’ button

4. Then choose ‘pay off your loan early’

5. Click ‘generate settlement quote’. You’ll be able to view your settlement quote on screen and you’ll receive an email with the quote.

6. If you need to download your settlement quote as a statement, you’ll see ‘proof of settlement’ below your quote. Select this to download your quote

Getting your settlement quote on the mobile app

1. Log into the app

2. Click on your loan. If you have more than one, select the loan you want the statement for

Depending on when you took the loan out, the period your settlement quote is valid for varies. You’ll see how long yours is valid for when generating the quote. If you need a settlement quote that lasts longer than a day, please contact us here and we’ll be happy to help.
