Sometimes things don’t go as planned and it’s easy to fall behind and tricky to catch up.
We have a few ways to help you get back on track.
Pay now
If you’re able to catch up now, you can make a payment anytime. Find out how here.
Set up a Promise to Pay
If you’re not able to pay right now, but know a date within the next 30 days when you’ll be able to, you can get in touch and request to set up a Promise to Pay
Work out a repayment plan
Or, if you’d prefer to pay off your missed payment in instalments, we can do that too. Using this online budgeting tool can help us to work out what level of payment would be affordable for you alongside your contractual repayment amount. It’s important to remember that reaching a solution, even if that means not paying back your debt in full, may be better for your credit file than not taking any action.
Want to hear more about these options? No problem. Get in touch and our team will talk things through with you.
Free impartial debt advice is on hand
We’re not able to provide debt advice, but there are others who can. Organisations, such as PayPlan, give free, impartial and confidential advice and contacting them won’t impact your credit score.
