If your card hasn't arrived, you'll need to get in touch with us to order a replacement. Before you do, please make sure the address linked to your Zopa account is up to date, as this is where we'll be sending your card.

How to check your address in the Zopa app:

  1. Click the person icon in the top right corner.

  2. Tap your name to view your personal details.

  3. Scroll down to the Your home section.

  4. If your Current address is wrong, simply tap to update it.

Once you've done this, please get in touch and we'll order a replacement card for you.
