If you're concerned about a bank transfer you don't recognise, here’s what you should do next:
If you think your login details may have been compromised, immediately reset your password to secure your account.
Double-check the recipient of the transfer’s name. Some merchants have a name that they operate under publicly which is different to the name which will show up in your transactions – if you search online for the name from your transaction list, you might find it belongs to a company you were intending to send money to.
Contact our customer service team with the details of the transaction. They'll then investigate on your behalf. Rest assured, if we confirm the transaction wasn’t authorised by you, your account will be put right.
