I don't recognise a bank transfer. What should I do?

If you think someone may have accessed your account, please reset your passcode immediately. You can do this in the app by tapping the profile icon in the top-left corner, selecting ‘Account & security’, then choosing ‘Change passcode’. 

Next, check the recipient’s name carefully. Some companies use different names for transactions than they do publicly — a quick online search of the name in your transaction history might reveal it’s a company you intended to pay. 

If the payment still doesn’t look familiar, you can raise a claim with us. If we confirm the transaction wasn’t authorised by you, we’ll make sure you receive a full refund. 

To make a claim, tap on the payment you’d like to dispute, then select ‘I need help with this payment’and follow the steps on your screen.
