If you know the recipient and can contact them directly, this will often be a quicker way to get the money back, rather than going through us.  

If there was an error with the bank details and you don’t know who you’ve sent the money to, please contact us. Provide us with the transaction details and we’ll work to recover the funds for you. 

Please note, once the money has left your account, there’s no automatic way to retrieve it as the transfer is usually instant. While we can’t guarantee a full recovery, we’ll contact the recipient's bank and their customer to attempt to retrieve your funds.
