It’s easy to freeze and unfreeze your card in the Zopa app. If you’re on your mobile, tap here and we’ll take you there. If not, follow these steps:   

  1. Open the Zopa app and tap into your bank account. 

  2. Tap the Manage Card button. 

  3. Tap the Manage Debit Card button. 

  4. You’ll see the option to freeze or unfreeze your card. 

Remember, when your card is frozen, you won’t be able to make purchases online, in-store or via Apple Pay or Google Pay.
