How do I freeze and unfreeze my card?

You can freeze or unfreeze your card in the app. To do this, simply:

  1. Click into your Zopa account. 

  2. Tap the image of your card and you'll see the option to 'Freeze' or 'Unfreeze' your card.

Remember, when your card is frozen, you won’t be able to make purchases online, in-store or via Apple Pay or Google Pay.
