Where is my Money Saving Expert reward?

The £15 Money Saving Expert cashback offer ran from 17 March to 7 April 2026, for customers who opened a Biscuit bank account via the official Money Saving Expert link.

Who qualified

To get the £15, you needed to:

• Click the official Money Saving Expert link

• Open your Biscuit bank account within 7 days of clicking the link

• Open your account by 7 April 2026

• Not have held a Biscuit bank account before

• Keep your account open and in good standing when the cashback was paid

When it was paid

Cashback was paid within a week of account opening, once eligibility checks were complete.

If you didn't receive the £15

We've now paid everyone who met the criteria above. If you didn't receive it, that means one of the criteria wasn't met – most commonly, the account wasn't opened using the official Money Saving Expert link.
