Once we receive confirmation of delivery from you, we’ll pay you in as little as one working day.

If you’re a merchant who sells goods:

 

Please provide us with tracking information via your web platform. For merchants who use WooCommerce, Magento or Shopify, you can input your tracking details via your platform. Once your delivery tracking has been received and confirmed, your payment will be processed. Typically, you will receive the funds two business days after processing.

If you are a service provider:

Once you have fulfilled your service(s) in full, we pay you for the order. Your account manager will work with you on the best way to provide proof of service fulfillment.

You will be able to refund an entire order or part of an order. Further details can be found when you choose your shopping cart.

We aim to refund orders within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation.
